"I honestly feel that last week's session with you moved me on more than a year's worth of weekly counseling." Mary, Surbiton
"I worked with Anne on a particular physical issue and was amazed at the results. We used the standard tapping to focus on the issue then delved into a memory related to the pain. This technique helped me to understand the root of the issue and then easily let it go. I felt safe and supported by Anne throughout the session and was amazed by how quickly the issue was completely resolved. I would definitely recommend Anne to anyone seeking a resolution to physical or emotional issues." - Emma, Sutton
"Thank you so much for this morning. You are so good at this. May you have the confidence to do more." Mel, Carshalton

How effective is EFT? |
PAIN DROPPED BY 41 %; PTSD DROPPED BY 90%
IRAQ VETS STRESS PROJECT “A randomized, controlled trial of veterans who received EFT found that their pain dropped by 41%, even though they were being treated for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), not for pain. The reductions in pain were simply a fortunate side effect of their PTSD treatment. “Research performed by the Iraq Vets Stress Project also demonstrates the effectiveness of EFT. In a study that included 100 veterans with severe PTSD, 90 percent of the veterans had such a reduction in symptoms that they no longer met the clinical criteria for PTSD after six one-hour EFT sessions! Sixty percent no longer met PTSD criteria after just three EFT sessions. At the three-month follow-up, the gains remained stable, suggesting lasting and potentially permanent resolution of the problem.” A quote directly from the project website states: “After 3 EFT sessions 40% of the sample (both groups) still met the clinical criteria for PTSD. This decreased to 14% after 6 sessions and remained stable at the 3-month follow-up. Conclusions: EFT resolved PTSD in 86% of treated patients.” RWANDAN REFUGEES EFT work has also proven effective with genocide survivors in Rwanda. Now adults, these orphans experienced incredible healing. A documentary reports “trauma outbreaks were reduced by an astonishing 90% in just one year.” AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION Even the American Psychological Association (APA) is on board and members now formally recognize the indisputable benefits of tapping. In a critical review published in its journal Review of General Psychology, researchers found that EFT “consistently demonstrated strong effect sizes and other positive statistical results that far exceed chance after relatively few treatment sessions.” For further detailed scientific research, see eftuniverse.com |
